What abilities do you have for your future career? People are required to have specific abilities for their potential career. The abilities can be leadership, interpersonal skills, and knowledge. People mostly can possess the abilities through certain training, education and practice. In my opinion, there are some essential abilities that people should have for the success of their future career: a good communication skill, presentation skills, and creativity.

 

  First of all, I strongly believe that being creative is the most important ability for any kind of career. Today, it is not too much say that people who have creative ideas can only survive in this competitive society. Furthermore, people today are living in the ever-changing society and in the society it is the key factor to think more creatively in order to be success. The world has seen that the key factor of success of many successful people was the creativity. Therefore, whatever the career people want to have, having more brilliant ideas than the other will be a crucial ability.

 

  Secondly, having good presentation skills is important. Today, there is no career field that does not require the presentation skills. Regardless of companies or government institutions, they are considered as an essential ability for many potential applicants. Furthermore, occasionally, the promotion at work depends on whether they have better presentation skills or not. For those reasons, many university students are trying to study how to have better presentation skills. It offers further evidence that how important it is to have them.

 

  Thirdly, a good communication skill is a basic and indispensible element. Many workplaces can be a highly stressful environment. Good communication skills are vital in helping people to work effectively, build solid relationships and prevent unnecessary misunderstandings, and navigate day-to-day deadlines. What is especially emphasized skill is listening. It is the first step to be a good communicator in the career field. Consequently, having and using good communication skills are the building blocks of any successful career-professional or academic.

 

  In summary, the abilities that people are required for the successful career will be a good communication skill, presentation skills, and creativity. People live in an ever-changing society. Therefore they need to keep up with the change and it will be helpful for them to have those essential abilities. According to the current career trends, the three elements cannot be stressed too much and if people have them all, it will ensure their success in the future.

    1.What I like about this piece of writing is that the writer started his frist sentence in the introduction with a question sentence. It was intresting and fresh enough to draw attention.

    2. Your main point seems to be that a good communication skill, presentation skills, and creativity are all needed for everey job or career these days.

    3. These particular words or lines struck me as powerful: What is especially emphasized skill is listening. It is the first step to be a good communicator in the career field – I’ve forgot the importance of listening to other people as I talk more and more. People who know how to listen to other people can communicate well as you said. This sentence remined me of how to communicate.

    4. Some things aren't clear to me. These lines or parts could be improved(meaning not clear, supporting points missing, order seems mixed up, writing not lively): People live in an ever-changing society. - > how about “We are living in an ever-chaning society.” Or “Thesdays, people live in an ever-chaing society.” ? It sounds like people live in that society by their own very nature.

    5. The one change you could make that would make the biggest improvement in this piece of writing is: How about adding an example such as certain jobs or position to support your each body paragraph? I think that would make your essay perfect
