Today, many people are interested in becoming global leaders. They want to work in the global companies or international organizations. They are required to have more abilities than people who work in the domestic organizations. It is because they mostly work with many people who have different cultural backgrounds. Not only they have to concentrate on work, but they also have to care about relationships with culturally different people.
First of all, language is the most important. This is the basic ability needed in the international organizations. If people can't communicate with others, they can't do any works. In most international organizations, English is used widely. Therefore, whoever wants to enter that kind of organizations needs to speak freely in English and write any reports in English. In specific organizations, people are required to speak more than two languages. The organizations select some languages to use in conferences. Moreover, in the international organizations, people do not use informal style of languages. The lexical items, grammar and pronunciations should be clear to be delivered correctly.
Secondly, people who desire to become global leaders have open mind. They encounter many difficulties in the relationships between many people. People from many countries have to work together. They have their own cultural backgrounds and different ways of thinking process. They need to understand each other and accept the differences between people. And what they work in those companies is closely related to global issues. Not only people who want to join those companies have to get interest in their own country's issues, but they have to concentrate on many issues happening around the world. Therefore, to become global leader, people need to be prepared for accepting differences and understanding them. In addition to this, they need to be interested in broader aspects of the world.
At third, it is good to be professional in specific fields. Some people say that to become a global leader, majoring in politics and diplomacy is the best suitable. However, that is not true. People would get advantages if they have their own professionalism. Regardless of the field, people can select what they want to study and develop. Then, they continuously focus on that part and finally apply for the occupations related to their professionalism. Every organization needs a variety of abilities such as laws, economy and administration parts. Therefore, if people try to develop their areas, they can easily find the occupation which they really want to get.
Since many people want to join the global companies and organizations, it is highly competitive to join them. The global organizations look more on what a person is and how much fit that person to their organizations than his or her career records. The language abilities are the basic quality to join with them. Based on language, people can communicate with many different colleagues who have really different cultural backgrounds. And they need to have their own professionalism. Be confident and try to develop these abilities. Someday you will see the global leader in yourself.

3. "different ways of thinking process" on paragraph 3 struck me powerful because this expression simply and clearly shows how people from different nation can have different set of mind, and why being open minded is important.
4.On third paragraph you talked about being interested in gloabl issues. I thought this did not fit well to the main idea of the paragraph, because being open minded is about accepting the difference, not getting interested to the difference.
